If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. If you wish to return an item for any reason, please notify us within 30 days of receipt.
If you have changed your mind shortly after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We do our best to process orders quickly. This means it may not be possible to change or cancel your order. If we can successfully change or cancel your order before it ships, there will be no additional charge to you. We will make the change or process a refund as soon as possible.
Damaged Product/Shipment/ Defective Product
Unfortunately, orders are sometimes damaged during shipping. If any item in your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will have a replacement item shipped to you promptly. We ask that you fully inspect all products upon delivery. If there is any visible damage to the shipping packaging please furnish a photo, so that we may report it to the shipping company.

If you would like to cancel your order or make a return please follow these steps:
- Log into your account on Rivalglam.com
- Click on “Orders” to view your orders.
- Click on the order you would like to return.
- Click Request Return
- Select “Qty to Return” for each item you would like to return.
- Select the reason for your return.
- Select the return action you would like to see take place.
- Enter any information you feel is needed to have your return completed. For example, “This is the wrong color.” Try to include as much information as possible to allow a customer service representative to process the return quickly.
- Click Submit Return Request.
You will receive an email confirmation that your request has been submitted. If we have any further questions we may contact you. You will receive an email letting you know the status of your return or you may log in to your account on Rivalglam.com and view the status of your return. You may also receive further instructions to continue the return process.
